New Year - New Goals

K so I am trying to practice a little to start doing some newborn sessions. This year is going to be a big one for me and my little business and I am slowly but surely building up my studio and props. Here is a little bit of practice that I worked on with my own daughter. She is 4 months old but she still is easy to use as a model.

This face! I know she is my daughter and all but I can't stop staring at her!

Valentines Day Mini Session Fun

I'm so excited for my Valentines Day Mini Shoot that will be on January 30th and 31st. I wanted to have a little trial run with Berkley and  Baby Nash. They were so much fun to hang out with and take pictures of! Berkley is such a doll! She has the cutest little personality! How cute is Nash?! He was so much fun to take pictures of. And of course there is my Miss Blakely modeling as well :) Let me know what you think of the backdrop choices?

Could Berkley be any cuter?!

How sweet is Baby Nash? He was such a good sport!

He's too cute not to kiss!

Miss Blakely

O Berk. You have stolen my heart!

Love this little munchkin!

Learning New Things

It's been a bit slow lately which I have quite enjoyed. I was able to learn a few new things recently that I am so excited to incorporate into my post editing! I've always loved the Matte look when it comes to final images and I am slowly but surely learning. Here is what I have been playing with with images from a previous Bridal session.

On the left is my new Matte Finish and on the right is how I edited the image the first time.

I am continuing to learn and grow and I couldn't be more excited to learn new post processing techniques. Please please please let me know what you think!!!
